Reflection and Transition to the Next Modules
The final stage of the training module concludes with a short reflection activity. Participants individually reflect and write their answer to the following question on a card: “Which transversal skill will I pay more conscious attention to in my own classroom?” Participants then briefly share their reflections in pairs. The trainer summarises the key insights of the module and emphasizes that developing transversal skills is not a separate task but a natural part of learning activities. Teachers can best support their development through intentional planning and reflective teaching practices. The trainer also briefly introduces the next modules of the training programme, where participants will explore concrete methods for developing these skills.
