Since obtaining his teaching degree in 2007, he has been working at Zugló Herman Ottó Knowledge Centre Primary School. Over the years, he has come to realize that, in line with the principle of lifelong learning, he must continuously develop his professional knowledge—not only to preserve, but also to build upon and expand the achievements of his predecessors. In the teaching–learning process, his key objectives are holistic personality development, the nurturing of individual abilities, and the cultivation of 21st-century skills. In his daily educational work, he places strong emphasis on developing students’ sense of community and shaping them into cohesive groups. A cornerstone of his pedagogy is recognizing and fostering the abilities and talents hidden within each student. He regularly integrates digital tools into his teaching and learning practices.
