Dr Christina Hadjithoma Garstka is an active Primary Education teacher with specialised expertise in Educational Technology, holding an MSc and PhD from the University of Bristol. Her academic work examines the integration of ICT in primary education, with particular attention to teachers’ work, the school context and the processes through which new approaches become meaningfully embedded in everyday practice. Her perspective is firmly grounded in pedagogy: rather than viewing digital tools as an end in themselves, she considers how they can serve the needs of pupils, support educators and strengthen the connections between the school, the family and the wider learning community.
