Do 2 – Implementation and Reflection

Learning objective to be achieved

  • Reflect and assess the success of their application of the LA in real life, and be able to improve and refine their future practices

Activity / Exercise in Detail

Implement the adapted learning activity in your own classroom. After implementation, conduct a structured evaluation:

  • How did the activity unfold in practice?
  • Which transversal skills were effectively developed?
  • How did the students respond (engagement, participation, understanding)?
  • Which teacher interventions (e.g. questioning, guidance) supported skill development?
  • What worked well? What could be improved?
  • How could the activity be refined for future use?

Participants may:

  • document their experience (notes, photos, short video fragments);
  • share their reflections with colleagues;
  • discuss improvements in a follow-up session or professional learning community.

  • Implementation: during regular classroom practice
  • Reflection: 30–60 minutes (individual or group reflection)
