Crystal-Jade Lerios is a Learning and Education Consultant at VitaComm Education, where she has been active since 2017. She specializes in adult pedagogical training, innovative implementation of pedagogic methods, and blended learning design, with particular expertise in gamification, STEAM education, and community outreach. With a background in Mathematics (B.Sc., University of Reading) and an M.Sc. in Anthropology of Childhood, Youth, and Education from Brunel University,she has worked in Cyprus and South Africa as an education consultant, child anthropologist, and mathematics education specialist. Through Erasmus+ projects and teacher training, she has developed a strong focus on empowering learners by merging pedagogy with creativity and practical applications.
